My SAT Score is 2060. 630 Critical Reading 660 Grammar and 770 Math
SAT IIs: Math 2C 800 Chinese 800
My GPA is at around a 3.69 unweighted and 4.0 weighted
Excluding Freshman year, weighted would be 4.26 and unweighted would be 3.85
I'll have been on the Varsity Tennis Team for 3 years my senior year.
I'll be captain of the tennis team next year.
I'm taking 3 APs and I'm planning on taking 4 next year.
I've done 150+ community service hours and I volunteer at a Hospital.
I'm active in an Environmental Club. I'm part of the Cabinet for the club.
I did pretty horrifically Freshman year and Starting my sophomore year, my grades have been getting better. I got 1 B and 1 C the 1st semester of sophomore year, straight As 2nd semester of sophomore year, and Straight As first semester of Junior year excluding 1 B.
I'll have been in Orchestra for 3 Years in Senior Year.
How do I level up? What are my chances, and what can I do to improve?

I don't know, some people with 4.0s have been rejected from UCLA and the other UCs who are way more qualified than I am.
