I picked Hilary Duff - she has potential, but IMO, she tries too hard to be someone else that she probably won't be - I think Hilary has bumped it up a notch in the Hollywood industry, but I liked it better when she was Lizzie McGuire.

I'm not a fan of Hilary Duff, but she does have talent, maybe by acting, or by singing, but I can tell she does. Britney Spears doesn't. Her surgeon does.

Hilary Duff [singing-career-wise] because:

1. She only got the chance to sing because she was already on Lizzie McGuire for Disney so Disney started off her career... connections, anyone.
2. All of her songs that I've heard so far are synthesized to the max. It sounds like a robot.
3. Many, many, many of her fans happen to be Lizzie McGuire/ Disney fans since they play her all the friggin time on Radio Disney.

I don't want to say Hilary Duff just because everyone else has.
But...I guess I will.
