i did this gfx around 3 years ago, i havent open up photoshop in a while. i was hoping if someone can point me to a tutorial online that can make that line effect around the girl. i learned it on a tutorial online so yea if you know, let me know. thank you.

1. use line shape
2. control enter and fill the shape with color white
3. after that hit control D to deselect
4. hit ctrl T then right click and chose warp
5. Add blending options outer glow,innner glow, just experiment with the options.
