I saw a funny show that debates on what to use on rainy days.... raincoats??? or umbrella????

So what would you rather use???? and why??

umbrella becuz i dont need to take 3minutes to put raincoats on

but if you're like 6 ft tall... only the half of your body will be covered by the umbrella.... the rest will definitely get wet.... and besides.. you 'll get the end of your pants stained with mud and stuff...

I say raincoat because umbrellas are really annoying when the wind blows. But i also prefer the raincoat its nice and easy to wear (and trendy ). Also whats the difference between a raincoat and a poncho??

Well i have a friend thats like 7ft and he stays perfectly dry when he uses an umbrella. Maybe your thinking of width? Or do you have a faulty umbrella? lol! Well if you wore a raincoat wouldne you get the end of your pants dirty anyways? I don't know about you but i've seen raincoats that only go to your knees.

I choose umbrella, its quick and efficient. Ponchos are also quick, efficient, light and disposable!

LOL, yeah that sucks if it's windy. But I don't know . . . I'd probably still choose an umbrella, lol. It's just like quicker. Plus when I go inside it is easier to close an umbrella and leave it like in a corner to dry than to take off your raincoat and be all drippy.

It depends on the amount of rain.. light-medium rain, umbrella works fine.. heavy rain+ wind.. rain coat AND umbrella

If there's wind, no matter how hard the rain is.. I'd definitely suggest a raincoat.. I've broken several umbrellas.. well technically I didnt.. the wind decided to be mean

umbrellas are more convenient.. u put em up, get em wet, put it down. shake the water off... actually u could prolly do that with raincoats but it luks silly? :T

Umbrellas are weak and flimsey though.. all it takes is 1 violent wind and snap.. goes the poor umbrella..

it all depends on how strong the rain is..
but i'd usually go for the umbrella espeically those big ones..! hahaha.. then people will be hella pissed cuz i'm hoggin' on the sidewalk.. hahah...! then of course i can just close my umbrella and use it to bash 'em in the skull.. hahahhaah...! i'm just playin'.. i wont' even do that... ^^;

umbrellas are easier... you don't have to use much effort to fold them.

hmm well I like the rain so I like walking in the rain.....but if I have to walk a long way or stay outside while its raining for a longer time then I might just choose rain coat....but if Im watching a soccer game in the rain I choose umbrella....either way, I like the rain.....so I guess I choose both and neither heh.

neither. i dont like carrying the umbrella& i dont like the restrictive form of the raincoat. in all cases, i'd much rather roam around, getting wet is just a downside. however, if its raining horribly, then i'll take my chances with the umbrella.

Umbrellas...because raincoats are just ugly. Mmm...maybe not one from Burberry, but those ugly yellow ones.

Umbrellas only cover the top of your body...honestly, I don't care much about my jeans and shoes getting wet, I just don't want my hair all wet and getting all frizzy =))
