I could tell before I got my first period. When I went to the bathroom and "wiped" myself, lol; there was like a really light pink stain on it.

For me, I hadn't felt good at all the week before, and had an upset stomach. Which is one of the signs when I'm going to get it. Don't worry, when you get it, you'll know. And you don't really have to worry about it leaking because your first one is usually really light.

Yeah it really depends on your body. For me, I would start breaking out and have a huge zit somewhere on my face and then my chest would start hurting because they grow. Yeaah. Just keep track and average out the days so you'll be prepared when it comes.
