Do any of you play Demon's Souls? I believe this game is hands-down the game of the century. First full featured difficult game that's com along in years. I love atlus for making this game, however I'm not a fan of thier Armored Core series.

That's entirely a matter of opinion, but I meant to say decade. I really don't feel like any of the games you mentioned on that list came close to this game.

Half Life 2 - Deffinitely a ground breaking game when it came to physics and graphics, but as far as gameplay... meh, it was alright.

Couter Strike - Marred by it's own community

WoW - that's arguable, but it really didn't keep my intrest. I felt as if it was just another grind house MMO.

Halo - Halo, but not the Halo series. The first Halo was a ground breaking FPS for consoles. Up until that time, no other company had accomplished what bungie accomplished with Halo.

The Sims - Bleh... no

GTA3 - Good game, but over hyped. Multiplayer sucks too.

Battlefield 1942 - I can actually see this being a good match up. It was a first for a lot of different aspects in the FPS Genre.

RE4 - It's a good game, but no. Dead Space was a much better horror game.

Oblivion - played this game for hours, but the enemy difficulty/leveling system was terrible. Fortunately they fixed it in Fallout.

Otherwise I would have included games such as Team Fortress Classic, UT99, Quake 3 Arena, Half Life (btw so much better than hl2), Wolfenstein 3D, Doom, etc.

I agree with HL being more of a revolutionary title than HL2. The only thing HL2 relaly offered was better graphics and a good physics engine.

Even as a six year old engine, source has much better physics than almost every full game engine. And it's probably still the best optomized engine.

I am too, and I can't kill that god damn fire demon. All the mobs do so much more dmg in the second playthrough. APparently they're even more powerful in the third playthough.

You evil bastard. Ate up all the demon souls on my first play through so I have to kill the fire demon on my second play through to unlock the ultimate weapons. I generally use a +5 dragon long sword or +10 winged spear.

I roll shirtless with my Meat Cleaver anyways. Armor is for weaklings.
