Caught my girl sending emails to some kid telling him she loves him and calling him "baby" and what not . . . he lives in another state, and she admitted to having feelings 4 him... broke up with her after 7 years . . .
how do you guys feel about emotional cheating vs physical cheating ?

In an essence, there is no difference. Cheating, can be defined as, no longer loving someone, but loving someone new, whilst you are considered to be in a relationship.

Ouch, sorry to hear
It depends really, like there is one girl who hits on my boyfriend but she lives in another state and for some reason it doesn't phase (sometimes i joke to him that he should joke with her)
But the fact that she had feelings for him, I guess it does count as emotional cheating depending the the reaction (if it bothers you or not)
Did she do anything else like send pics of her?

My sister did a speech on this for her speech class as a persuasive speech. Honestly, I feel as if emotional infidelity/cheating is the same as physically cheating. Her boyfriend was over in Iraq, and she found facebook messages to not 1, not 2, but 3 other girls saying how he is sorry he has a boyfriend.
When you physically cheat with someone, it usually means that you have no feelings for the person..and just trying to get some ass. Emotionally cheating though has feelings involved, which in my opinion, is way worse.

exactly, i feel like emotionally cheating is a million times worse because of the feelings . . plus she has physically cheated on before
So to physically cheat once, then emotionally cheat . . . just not right

I'm pretty sure if she was sending pictures to him and saying "inappropriate" stuff to him when they chatted that the intentions of being physical with him were there, and if he didn't live in another state it would've happened.
What would you define as emotional cheating? Would you get angry if your significant other had a friend of the opposite sex who they trusted and shared everything with and leaned on for emotional support from time to time? I'm just wondering where the line is crossed.

no im fine with girls having a dude to go 2 for support, but that is exactly the excuse she used when she was caught . . she said " we are really good friends and i go to him 4 support, and it just went to far"
and ive been suspect of this kid for a while now, since back in the day when she lived near him in the same state she said she liked him . . .
and i
guarantee if he was here she would have made it physical . .

Wrong. A signature, is the name you put at the bottom of a letter. Or post. Just people have decided to add additional information.

dont ever try to play with feelings because there is always a reaction of whatever you do. if you play with emotions of somebody, someone can also play with your emotions.

exactly my philosophy, cause a lot of people are telling me to get back at her and get revenge and all this ... but my theory is she did me wrong, so eventually you know you get what you give.. one day it'll happen to her an she'll understand.....
