7 Ultimate, fairly certain 32bit 'cause these computers are pretty shit.

I'm assuming it came factory installed then.
Post the dxdiag reports.
(super+R, type dxdiag, press enter)
go to display tab, post that.
and go to home tab, iirc it says whether or not you have 32 bit in there.

32bit. But no, I had Ubuntu and XP dual booting (but I broke XP) so I did a clean install myself.

It may or may not work. I'm not too familiar with intel chipsets, so I don't know if that chip is capable of directX 9.

Driver installed fine, but I still got that first error message.
