Hey people I am new to this i was wondering if someone can please tell me about this website. and Iwaswondering if someone can make me a layout

You can either use a premade layout, look through the site affiliates and find a designer who will make you a layout (some of them have premade layouts on their sites, take requests, or work with you directly for a fee), or you can work on your post count and make a request on the forums. The first two options are going to be the quickest, though.
