Has anyone used henna on their hair? I'm in the process of henna-ing it right now, first time, and wanted to know if anyone else has, too.

Oh gosh, Carrie. I did, but like YEARS ago. I remember it giving a decent hue, but it didn't last long and I had to wait for what seemed like forever to dye my hair using conventional methods/dyes after.

See, I'm not really using henna to dye it, but more as a conditioner, as I've heard it makes hair strong, shiny, defines curls, etc etc etc. My hair's dark dark dark anyway, so I won't get that much color out of it.

no i didn't use it yet...
