So I split the css and html and put the css in the css box, and the html where whoever said to put it. it came out like the attached picture.

please please please help!

(EDIT) by the way, I'm trying to work with a PREMADE div overlay layout.
I just need to know exactly how to put it in, and make it work. thanks.

P.S. this is a 2.0 profile.

Well a website can't hate you. The premade layout was probably made for 1.0, because nearly every one of them is.
