I am making a div overlay layout in photoshop cs4 at school. i am honestly clueless with coding so after making my background i dont know what to do. i havent uploaded it yet because i haven't made my navigation list. when i'm done what do i do?

Easiest solution would be to use a sitebuilder like Nvu.
