that isnt a vector, looks just like a simple digital drawing to me.

btw, post below me, more layers does not equal to it being a vector. that obviously is not a vector and its definitely not what i want to call it. google up vector art and you'll see what i mean.

needs more layers 2 be official, use diff hues of each color 2 add a more realistic look.

I knew it wasn't a vector, i just wasn't sure what you would cal it, so yeah thanks for the....help? I guess it wasn't really help, help consists of constructive criticism.

It looks pretty low in image quality and the edges are pixelated/choppy. The face also needs more details.

The only thing I can see to be vexel-like quality is a few strands of hair. The rest just looks like you used brushes and the paint bucket tools
