how do u make borders around images in photoshop 7?

right click layer>blending options>stroke

u wont be able to see it unless u increase the canvas size

or the harder way by hand.. pencil, brush, line tool and then fill path, rect. marquee fill

hehe, i'd definately go for the stroke way, however when you do Layers>Layer Style>Stroke make sure you put it as "inside" or else it won't work.
