Zune:

just bought a zune,
downloaded the software,
added my music

now the zune isnt being detected by the software when i plug it in.
i've restarted the player, restarted my computer, "installed the new found device", everything.

wtf. its frustrating me -_________-
help please? :(

Have you tried plugging it into another USB port?

I've plugged it into a different USB port.
Its installed the device into my computer.
I've restarted my computer twice.
I've restarted the software twice.
I've restarted my Zune 4-5 times.
And did all the microsoft updates.

Im currently installing another updated driver to see if it works.
I am PISSED as all can be. JUST bought it and it doesnt work? apparently all zune users are having this problem with the 4.0 software... -____________-

have you tried the device in another computer?

if by all you actually mean all then youll have to google around for a solution or take it in.

problem solved:

start> control panel> devices&hardware > portable devices> zune> driver tab> install driver.
