this is really the first layout i ever made.so i knew it wasnt gonna be lookin that good.
but anything i could fix you think? and am i forgeting anything that i should put in for tumblr? im just trying to get people notice my blog so i can start posting good stuff. and have more clicks on my ads. haha;

Moved to Showcase Booth. Imo, you have way too much going on in one layout. That text is hard to read, the one you used for the headers. I love that light blue you used but none of elements in the layout seem to really mesh together. I would suggest removing a few brushes/textures from the headers, simplifying the font, and maybe rethink a few of the blues you used, cause not all of them quite match.

i knew it. should i use the same font as i did for the nav?

yeah changing the fonts would be a big difference.

arial + script-type font = not the way to go.

The width of my site is 780px, 800px if you count the transparent purple border along the edges. The height varies according to the amount of content on each page.

The posts should be the main focus of your layout. Also, I'm not completely sure there's a code for showing followers. I know you can show people you're following though. Can someone verify that?

should the Navigation Size be like the Url size?

That design is much better than your first attempt. However it still needs some work. I suggest reducing the size of the first three links so they match up with the URL then removing the URL since you already have the title up top. There's something else that's awkward about it. It might be the title's font. I think it'd be better with the same font as the links below it.

^ This. Also, I think the colour change within the text would look better if you transitioned the colours smoothly, like a gradient, instead of just putting in the solid block of colour.

Much better. Center the links though, and don't use such a big stroke around the text.

ill only change the link text stroke. i think the titles stroke is good enough....right?

I dont know why, i just can't figure this out.
i know about the tumblr custom css.That they give.
but IN the design. what exactly do i put in?besides the banner i just made,
like do i design the table/BG color for the posts, and about me?
or do i use CSS to color the background for them 2 sections.and positioning the posts?
i saw some tumblr themes, and they scroll but its the whole full page.can i put just a box and position the tables so it'll fit in the box.
im reading w3schools right now. trying to learn more css.
but anyone would help me out? im confussed at this.

also would downloading wordpress help me?
