Simply as it says... I'm not that great at it, but not completely horrible, I can usually pick up on things if I am steered in the right direction. So, what I ask is for some direction, like a few basics, I'm not really trying to make a super flashy one, just some simple stuff. Mainly like a tab effect, and possibly my comments being shown in a window. Any help with those are most appreciated.

What do you mean 'tab effect'?

No, rollovers are not what I am looking for. Tab effect for example as in clicking one shows a box under it with the info i.e. General, status, etc. I guess it'd probably be better if I had a example, but I don't at the moment. So, hopefully you get the jist of it.

It looks simple enough to me, I'm not saying it is or isn't, but to me it seems like something simple compared to other functions. At any rate I was just looking to be steered into that direction, and I don't want it to look exactly like that.

It's honestly not all that simple. I recommend searching for Flash tutorials, particularly video tutorials, on Google or Yahoo. I reckon that's better than having somebody steer you in the right direction. Plus, you probably won't even be able to put up your comments using Flash.

Most of the links on that forum are broken, the main one doesn't even work.

Once the .fla file is clicked, it comes up with, "Please Click Here to go back..."
He wont be able to do it with broken links.
