I like writing poems but also write a lot about girls. Also a lot of people think that they're good but feels like they're deep and personal. I don't know. Do people get weirded out by love poems that put emotions on the spot? What do you think?

It's just a way of getting out their emotions. Some people like all the love-poems/songs, cause they are sensitive or whutever. Some people hate it, cause they hate the mushy gushy. If guys can write out their emotions thats great, cause they like to keep things in.

You know, if that's how you feel then you should do it. Whenever you write just consciously think about your subject and subject matter.

I don't know, it seems like a lot of poetry these days describes sappy love, or girls, or things you really love. I'd like to see a brutal poem once in a while.
That's your cue, Reidar.
