How do u talk to someone on the phone u just met and know nothing about , do i just call and say hi,and go from there? iono my past relationships were with people i atleast somewhat knew.... anyone wanna help ? im phoen talk retarded :P

me: hi
ex's friend: hi
(silence then you can hear the fone moving around)
ex: hey
(hear ex's friend in the background say "she sounds cool man"



lol then ex came back on the fone. Then i was like *hmm...he sounds cool..lol* so I went to my ex's friend xanga and found his sn. started talkin to him online then i got him # then after skool on a friday (yes i remember perfectly) i was bored cause i was walking to the bus so i called him up and we talked for like a hour or so...lol yup..


Now hes my sweet bf XD Im so happy i made tht call..lol I love my bf

I just met a guy and we are talking on the phone! What a coincidence. I met him at a party and he calls me a lot. Mainly we just talk about what's going on in our summer lives and once we get on a certain topic we go into other things. Like say I bring up that I went to the CD store today..then he asks oh really what do you like to listen to? Things like that..it just has to flow.

Yeah you can call and say.. "hey its me so and so.. I was callin to say hi!!".. "so whatcha up to..." then ask about they're day and what not.. and it should flow from there!! thats how i met my man.. through a friend over the phone... and we've been together since then... 2years&8months...

don't worry, once u get started on the conversation (get past saying hi and the awkward silence) it'll keep flowing. start off with simple stuff like what school do you go to, interests, friends, sports, whatever. tell funny stories (like someone above mentioned)- it helps break the ice and make the convos much friendlier!

i would just ask tons of questions try to learn everything u can about him, i talked to this guis on aim for like hours he sounded really cute but i kept askin question he was like 'why do u keep askin questions bout me?' i was lik ei wanna no more bout u" so he was like "okay then how bout u ask one question then i ask one" i was like alright!! it was tons of funn.. but anyways.. ASK QUeSTIONS FIRST!!

thatz happened to meeh a couple of tymes. all i did waz call the person or he called meeh....and we jus sorta asked questionz to find out a litol more about each other! and then it went on from there!

i just met this guy and the only communication for us is AIM & our cell phones. but my advice, just talk about ANYTHING. like favorites, random questions (take those questions from those xanga survey things. it helps), past experiences that will crack him up, etc. just go with the flow, so cliche, but it helps. and remember to keep the conversation going.. and if you're interested in him, make sure you get that clear across =)

oh yeah, and don't interrupt him if he's talking.. not good.

just call up and be like "hi..i was bored and i remembered i had your number..wanna chat?" that's how i call people..

basicaly what usually works is like aksing what they did today.. like if they say ohh.. i went skating today.. u say oh i wanna learn to skate..BLAHBLAH blah lol andit can go on from there ya know? and if theres EVER an awkward silence just ask some stupid random question like whats ur middle name i swear it works lol! okay well yaa good luck!
