I hate how there are no rollovers

The colors remind me too much of Target. I also think you should add rollovers. Honestly, I've seen better from you. The creativity is lacking :/ It's simple though.

I actually like its minimalist feel. Some elements just make it look cluttered in a few areas, but I guess that is inevitable. For one, it would most definitely look smoother if you had the shopping links (Sign in, Your Account, Cart) float to the right of the title currently right above it.

There are really wacky things with the alignment, have you considered designing on a grid?
