I'm installing it from a usb drive since the CD Drive Doesn't work.
Anything Else you want to recommend?

I would suggest using puppy linux instead. It is a little larger. 50mb... and but it is much prettier and I was able to set up wireless very easily on a desktop. rare. So i would use puppy linux. And on puppy linux you can actually install it on the hard drive. I think.

Damn small linux is a fairly crippled distro. It was meant as an experiment to find out how much crap you can fit on a business card CD.



Also, you're not going to be able to boot of a USB on a computer from before about 2005.
