File taxes on EVERY penny you make. The company that you are using to advertise will list you on their taxes, and the IRS if they want will do a cross check to see if you paid in.
On the other hand, there are limits. Say you only make two grand in advertising a year, the government could care less.
One year I made a little over $12,000 on advertising using multiple ad publishers, and I actually got money back on my taxes for doing it. Sometimes it's best to just file. It's better to pay then to get audited.
