My illustrator shortcuts for moving the canvas around (spacebar) and locking things while changing its size (shift) stopped working. most of every other shortcut seems to work fine except those two, and the buttons arent broken either. help! i couldnt find them on the preferences for my keyboard shortcuts either. :[[[[ those two keys are fundamental to my work flow.

Try closing and restarting the program. That's what usually works for me in photoshop when keyboard shortcuts stop working.
