1. What does it mean: "Bad Query" when you are trying to identify an IP address from someone that had access in your MySpace page?

2. I am trying to get a code for MySpace, but the system says that my page is already tracked. What can I do?
Cristy
If it says your page is already being tracked, delete the existing tracker code from wherever it is in your MySpace codes and repaste the one from CreateBlog.
clear4ever
Thank you for your reply. Sorry for not explaining myself well. The big problem is that I don't have any code in the MySpace page, nor I have access to other createblog profile. sad.gif

Wait, so do you have the tracker code installed or not? I'm confused now.
clear4ever
No, I don't have any code installed. cry.gif
Cristy
Did you enter your MySpace username/URL in the blank?
clear4ever
The following is the message that appear to me: "Site is already being tracked".
Cristy
That shouldn't be happening since you don't have any codes at all in your Interests.... I'll bring this up Backstage and see if someone can help you better.
clear4ever
Thank you so much!

Shouldn't this be in CreateBlog support anyways? ph34r.gif

Good point. I didn't notice where it had been started because I saw it in View New Posts. I'll move it now. Thanks, Mike.

Is this your way of saying you've made a different createBlog account before to set your tracker up with? If the page you're trying to track is already being tracked, you can't enter that page's URL in a second time. I think the only solution is to try and retrieve the login information for your other createBlog account to either stop it from being tracked or to just stick with that old account.

My husband had created an account months ago under mm191690@spamcorptastic.com, but he does not have access to that email anymore. The username before was also clear4ever and yesterday he tried to cancel the account by clicking "Remove the tracker" link, because he didn't know how to cancel the entire account properly. Also I told him that I want to use the same username (clear4ever) and he changed the first username for another username that he doesn't know, because he pressed the keyboard buttons like crazy.

Yesterday, I opened this new account under the username clear4ever again, and here is where my problem starts. He and I want to know, what is the exact function of "Remove the tracker" link?

I hope you guys can understand my explanation and can help me with this issue. Thanks in advance!

I explained my situation, please can somebody give me any support? Will be easier if createblog erase the old account.
