hey does anyone have paint shop pro, well i got the program see any one done any work on it, see they give tips or see they could help with me some pics,

Not exactly sure what you mean, but if you need some help with the program, you can always check out the Paintshop Pro tutorials that Createblog offers.

I use PSP8, you can find a lot of basic tutorials online, and including those offered here. Pretty much any Photoshop tutorial can translate into PSP with the exception of selective coloring.
