Well I know how to turn it off, but i heard that it reduces security. So I was wondering if there was a way to have it skipped. Cause im really tired of having to open something and then click continue, and if I am running intense processes then it goes black for like 3 seconds every time it pops up. Why does it even pop up! but anyways, I just want to know how to get rid of it.

1. Windows Button
2. Type "MSCONFIG"
3. Hit {ENTER}
4. Goto the "Tools" Tab
5. Launch the "Disable UAC" tool

Will that lower the security level?

O and you can also do that by going to control panel, searching UAC then clicking disable.

Yes,

It does lower the security level. UAC was put into place because in XP there are many forms of malicious software that take advantage of the default users administrative privileges.

Not sure if this has to do with it, but I turned off UAC and windows needed to update and when it asked me to restart I did, and I turned it back on and nothing works. System restore says files are mising, and every system tool isnt working, nor is the internet. I thought about trying to fix it but I want a new computer so im gonna back up my files and trade it in.

That has nothing to do with UAC. If it did, I would suggest enabling UAC and restarting your computer.
