because since already this site is taking in Hi5, Myspace, Livejournal .. etc.. layouts, we should be able to post and submit bebo skins.

I don't think there's a lot of people on cB or people who visit cB that use bebo enough to make a bebo layout half. I think theres been a debate about this before to which it didn't go through.

Bebo skins are not that popular with createblog users and even if a decision was made to allow Bebo skins, the main admin has to do this, but I think he's really busy as of now.

I appreciate your enthusiasm for bringing something new to cB, but I wouldn't be honest if I said that this notion stood even an a small percentage of a chance of being implemented. As with most things, if enough people want this, we could make a forum similar to the Tumblr Support forum for layouts. Of course, even with all the enthusiasm for that, it has but maybe 2 posts and 1 submission.

I have the same view as everyone else in this situation, why do I need to add my opinion when everyone is saying the same thing I would have said?

I'm going to give you this, partially because I respect you, and partially because it's a really bad idea to argue about my own backseat moderation with a forum admin. This is one of the only forums I visit that I wouldn't be banned the second I did something like this.
