Once you begin to define God, you limit Him.

God can be stupid if he wants to be. He definitely does stupid shit.

well, first, you can't make a topic saying you need help on a diet, and then poke fun at fat people.
secondly, tama can't hold his own without getting mad. using f*ck, f****t, dick, whatever every other word is showing how little intelligence you have. if you're going to start an argument, provide proof, instead of acting like you're always right. you NEVER provide proof. you'll get taken more serious, but instead, you look like a baboon always trying to be right and then getting your panties in a wad because someone tries to prove you wrong. honestly, just stfu.
lastly, no one cares. you're fighting about fat people. joseph is retarded and is just trying to get a rise. it also sounds like he's speaking from experience, especially with the hiccups in his posts.

If you are fat, I am truly sorry. But why do so many people choose to be fat? It is a choice. It's just a whole wasted life. And they must be miserable. If they could only control themselves. Every time I see a fat person, it makes me sad that they represent America. Fat people are the shame of America. I know. I'm harsh. And everyone but tama is gonna hate me for saying this.
Its just so sad.
Wow!
But Yeah i sorta agree with you
People need to watch the amount of calories they take in
its ur body now take care of it
avoid eating McDonalds,Wendys everyday
a nice home cooked meal is better than all that junk

Its not completely the person's fault.
Everyone is raised with a different lifestyle, &eating a lot &unhealthy foods is part of that lifestyle. I know that people CAN change their lifestyle &it is up to them, but its kinda hard when you were raised that way.
Just like the way many people strongly believe in the values that they were raised with.
If you're a child, you don't choose what to eat, you just eat whatever is given to you, that does change when you get older, but you're already fat.
By that point, your self-esteem &confidence is so low that you really dgaf.
But it all falls on the shoulders of the person. If they really want to get healthy, that's on them. &it is possible, so they should give it all they got.
&i don't think its a "CHOICE" to be fat. you choose to eat unhealthy ¬ exercise but you don't literally CHOOSE to be fat.

I was talking to a south African and he was asking Questions about america, and he asked why children in america are fat! He said it is the obvious thing, that if you see your 8 year old child gaining weight you need to regulate how much he eats! For his health! You wouldnt let your 2 year play by a pool yet you let your child overeat wich will lead to a shorter life.

It's my first time posting to the board, and I can't believe this is my first topic. I just had to say something here.. and shine a little light on the subject.
There are people who are oppositely addicted to NOT eating and I think that is just as equally disgusting. Nobody talks about that because the person, who is thin, is viewed as attractive or somewhat more healthy than an overweight person. I have friends who throw up after they eat a very healthy meal, even if very small and nutritious, because they think they are overweight or are scared of becoming overweight. I sit and listen to them order meals and they have to ask the waiter what every single ingredient is, and what kind of oil is used, and to hold certain ingredients, only to just throw it up after the meal. All to maintain the dinosaur fossil look of their spine and arms that could slip through a crack in the sidewalk. You tell me what is bad.. an overweight person who probably just enjoys a little more carbs than they should, or someone who obsesses on a constant basis whether or not that piece of lettuce might throw them into a whopping size 1.
I have suffered with both being underweight and overweight, so I know what it's like on both ends of the spectrum. I have adrenal fatigue, which causes hypothyriodism, so I have a metabolism slower than molasses. Adrenal fatigue causes over-production of cortisol, which causes production of excess body fat. These are all things that I did not choose for myself, it's something that happened to me whether it was something coded in my lovely DNA or that I just got unlucky, I do not know. I still have plenty of testing to do to find out the root of the cause and to find out what medication is right for me. Trust me, I do not eat a lot and I do yoga and I still struggle to keep my weight down.
So before you judge someone for being overweight, you might want to stop and think. Just because someone has excess body fat, it does not mean that they gorge themselves on McDonald's, there could be a disease, they could have a handicap, or any other type of issue that is not food related.

You're pretty stupid for a robot. This is what tone is:
"The modern fitness industry's concept of 'toning' muscles is specious - it might sound cool, but it lacks any tangible and definable meaning. The term 'muscle tone' or tonus describes an electrophysiological phenomenon, a measure of ionic flow across muscle cell membranes. It can be thought of as the muscle's readiness to do anaerobic work. Most exercise programs that claim to improve muscle tone are actually lower-intensity hypertrophy programs and are only moderately effective for improving muscle tone. If 'tone' is the goal, strength is the method." -Practical Programming, pg. 60
