For flash tutorials, I just search for them on YouTube. A lot of them are better than any other online ones because you can see exactly what's being done.

but you can try it on google if not yet just you have to type flash tutorial and you will get many

if know the effect find that

i personaly like ripple and star effect good one i learnt both effect from there only

Yeah, you can use youtube and another site I like for flash stuff is Flash Tuts+.
