It might be old or whatnot, but it always make me laugh.

Doctor: I have good news, and bad news.
Patient: Good news first!
Doctor: Erm .. okay. You are going to die in 24 hours.
Patient: -yelling here- WTH? WHY? What can POSSIBLY be worse than THAT?
Doctor: I found out yesterday. -gulp-
