me and my brother were talking about random songs we like that are totally out of place form our regular tastes. Three songs I like, but don't fit my normal tastes:

um. a guilty pleasure of mine is K-OS [i actually saw him in concert last night].

hiphop is not my genre.

Not sure about out of character, but there are definitely a few songs I listen to on a regular basis that surprise people. I was listening to "Superstar", by Lauryn Hill and this guy made a comment to the effect of, "didn't think you'd listen to that." There's a whole lot of George Michael I listen to as well which surprises people. I guess I have a bit of 'darker' look but I don't even know anymore. haha

Everyone is surprised when I say that techno is my favorite genre. Most people think I listen exclusively to metal.

I'd rather listen to Britney Spears than most metal bands.

I LOVE classic rock like journey and styx. That shocks people sometimes.

I mostly listen to hip-hop, rap, and some oldies. I randomly seem to enjoy old bar songs.
