uhh... i believe that there's devil and there's jesus.

jesus was real, but i don't believe his teachings. in fact, i hate them, most of the time. the devil isn't real, eather. its just a scare tactic.

but for those who dont worship anything they wouldnt care if there were a GOD or a DEVIL lets say they dont exist now what?

honestly.. i dont believe in the devil or jesus. yes my family`s christian; but i`m against my chrisianity, and believe in no religion at all.. i`ve been like that all my life. how we started and how we`ll end is something i`m not conserned with. life is life.. i live and experience it, and don`t just take a persons oppinion on what to believe and go by it all my life. i say; if someone believes in jesus (or supports jesus).. that`s okay if someone believes in the devil (or supports the devil).. that`s also okay i understand there`s got to be a reason for a persons` belief.. so i respect them

i believe in both. you cant really believe in an 'ultimate good' without believing in a contrast, the 'ultimate evil.' there's got to be some balance, but i believe that good will win over evil in the end.

A controvertial question indeed. as said by someone earlier, both do exist, (or at least in my belief) though I follow the path of Jesus. I'm Christian (obviously) but not hardcore; I don't go to church but I lead a good life. I've actually questioned my belief for personal reasons a few times, though I'm sure everyone has at one time or another. I don't push my beliefs on anyone, you believe want you want. I actually have friends that are pagan, wiccan, aethiest, buddhist, etc. It doesn't matter to me. You could be the biggest devil worshipper on the planet and I would still befriend you. Religion shouldn't come between people becoming friends or anything of that sort. Hell, my girlfriend is aethiest, so, what does that tell ya? Anyway, I really could care less what you believe in, just don't push it on me, or put my religion down because you don't believe in it.

if we believe in the devil, we dont mean that we support or praise him. we just mean that we know that there is such a thing as the devil and that he exists. yes, he does bring pain and suffering but thats when GOD comes in the picture. the devil is the reason behind our sins and without him, there would be no GOD, just like what everyone has been saying in this thread.



also, the post ^ above, the person who posted this topic means to say... believe man as in, believe in whatever -GOD or SATAN, man he didnt mean believe man as a form but he meant as an expression
