I feel weird asking about it on here, but...

Okay, here's the scenario.

I've been with my girlfriend for the better part of three years.

But, also for the better part of three years I've been uber in love with an Ashley I know...

The thing is -- my girlfriend now is beautiful, but she's shallow, doesn't have an opinion, and isn't going to go anywhere in life without her parent's help...

Ashley on the other hand is beautiful, sophisticated, and right with me academics-wise (I think her GPA is .1 under mine, 4.86 or something).

I want a girl with class and smarts who can mix it in with beauty, but Ashley and I have had classes together for years, and become friends.

I don't know if it would weird her out if I approached her like that, but...

wow! you shouldn`t be with someone you don`t love. if you were to marry that person, you would have no happiness. i think you should break up with your girlfriend.. and approach ashley in a.. patient way. if she feels the same for you, i don`t think she would want to tell you how she feels when you have a girlfriend. yeah.. sorry i`m not that great at givin` advice

anyways...yeah. if it wasn`t meant to be...then just leave. you deserve someone better and you shouldn`t settle for less than the best right? go for ashley all the way! and if it`s unsuccessful...then go for plan b.

yeah, talk to your girlfriend. you should be with someone you are compatible and feel like you could go good with and not with someone you arn't comfortable with. i mean, you wouldn't want to spend your life with them. you should talk to your gf and then if you can;t wrok things out, mayeb you could approch ash, but do it soon because if she's as good of a person as you say, someone else might want her

make a decision quick or else ur gf will be hurt and i think whether it'll work wit ashley or not is a diff story but u shouldnt be wit ur gf if u feel better bein wit ashley
