But I wanted to make a flash comment widget[I found out that's the name]

But my friend said it cost money?

You can get abobe flash and a 30 days trial for free just click get trial.

There are a lot of sites that help you with it for free. just google "flash tutorials"

^Yeah, that'll work. You can also crack Adobe Flash CS4 if the trial ends and you're still not finished, but that depends on you. OR, you could get someone to do it for you.
