Well I have been trying to get with this girl who I met through a friend... she is really nice and sweet and really hot.... well last week I decided just to tell her how I felt because I didnt have much to lose... Well the response I got was not what I was looking for, it was an "oh".... well since then we have been hanging out quite a bit... and she sort of picks on me quite a bit... but I really cant tell if she likes me or not....

depending on how you acted around her before you told her, it may have come as quite a shock that you liked her... talk to her as much as you can, and if shes single, then flirt with her a little bit... you'll know from the way she reacts if she likes you or not.

i was in that situation before...i told them and he did NOTHING about it....turns out he wasn`t interested in me or starting a relationship..

but at least she`s hanging around you....she still wants to be your friend rather your girlfriend...maybe she might grow onto you and starts to have feelings for ya.
