okay just keep in mind that i don't have any kind of interest in this guy i'm just curious. so there's this guy that's in my english class; i've known him for 2 years...we talk sometimes, he plays around with me. i've noticed that every time i look at him, he's staring at me and he doesn't even look away; he just smiles or says something to me. He used to sit at the back with his friends but now; he sits near by me. He's always noticing something about me like my nails, or how i'm so quiet in class and i seem so focused while listening to music and doing my work. Today, i was sitting facing him diagonally and he just kept on staring at me then when i finally made eye contact with him; i smiled then he smiled and said: woah, i just noticed your nails(because i painted them white and orange) so i laughed. I'm starting to think he has some kind of interest in me, but the thing is that he has a g/f. what do you guys think about this? i could be wrong so that's why i want your opinion...and again, i do not like him or anything, i already have a crush on someone else♥

It could be just a little flirting. Or he might have aninterest in you. Or he's a nutcase that you need to get far away from.

if you don't like him as anything more than a friend then it doesn't matter. the friendship is not gonna escalate any further than it has. if you think he's trying to push up on you, tell him to back off some. he may just be enjoying the fact that he has a strictly friendly, no strings, relationship with a girl.

Depending on how old you guys are, I think he's just trying to be friendly. Like you said, he already has a girlfriend. Those waters are off limit, m'dear. Maybe he doesn't have a lot of friends that are girls, so he's not too sure how to act around you (or compliment you). Don't lead him on, because that's just going to confuse him more. If you guys have been friends for two years he should be able to pick up that you're not interested in him more than friendship.

Stop askin advice from people. That's my advice to you. Go with what you think is possibly right. If you're curious as to why it seems like he's so interested in you, ASK HIM. Not a bunch of strangers online.
