Christianity, Judaism, and Muslim all stem from Abraham, though, over years, civil wars have broken out.
NoSex
THESE RELIGIONS ARE CONTRARY & CANNOT ALL, BY DEFINITION, BE TRUE.

note, even further, that your model of "coexistence" completely seems to disregard the entire rest of the world: although there are 2.1 billion christians on this globe, 1.4 billion islamists, & 14 million jews... there are also 1.1 billion irreligious individuals, 900 million hindus, 376 million buddhists, 500 thousand scientologists & many many more million of individuals who believe other shit [1].

we all believe a lot of different shit... & instead of ignoring that... we should be having a dialogue on it - a dialogue that is unhinged & honest, separated entirely by some sort of scared, politically correct, & manufactured "tolerance."

Religious leaders. They're truly screwing things up for all three Abrahamic religions.

LAWL NoSex actually thinks there's 500 thousand Scientologists... at most 15,000. At most. Propaganda is propaganda laugh.gif

Actual ex-members of Scientology. The information was obtained by the mailing list of the members of Scientology.

religious leaders define organized religion, that's how it works.
nonetheless, the primary texts, of each of these religions, happens to tell different stories. notice, for example, that only christians believe that jesus was the son of god & that his death (on the cross) absolved our sins on earth.

1. the church of scientology, itself reports 8 million adherents or members.
2. this number is an international representation organized in a very specific way. [2]
3. i cited my source, read it.

For some reason I can't go to http://www.adherents.com/Religions_By_Adherents.html =\

Ill have to look at it when I get home. I keep getting a page load error at work.

Maybe I made a mistake, it could have been 15,000 members in the U.S. then, not world wide.

Which religious leaders are you talking about? The Prophets of the Abrahamic religion never taught to kill or harm believers (Christians, Muslims, and Jews). I'm talking about the political-like religious leaders. Like the Pope for example.

And I agree, that there's different versions of Jesus. But it's ok, because Greek Christians today are starting to expose the real story in hopes to make Western Christians aware of the grave mistake they have made for centuries (about time).

That's true, but none of the other religions disavow Jesus' existence, just his demi-godlike status.

so the f*ck what? the deal isn't whether or not he existed... it's whether or not belief in him absolves the sins of mankind.

Uh... what? Jews HATE Jesus (pbuh)... blink.gif

And not because of just Jesus himself (pbuh)... but because of the persecution that the Jews have been through by the Christians in majority of their existence on this planet!

^ Then Jews don't hate Jesus, they hate being prosecuted. I'd say, since Jesus doesn't really play a role in Judaism, that they're more apathetic towards him. And you can't say all Jews hate Jesus because of the existence of Messianic Judaism.

And, btw, your statement that Jews have been persecuted because of Christianity is flawed. Minus the middle ages, Jews were persecuted by Egyptians before Christianity was even a thought. They were persecuted during the Holocaust for the fact of being Jewish, there was no religious tension involved there. And their current enemies are Muslims. They've been persecuted by a lot of groups, not just Christians.

Wait... lol... Time out.

Zionists are enemies of Muslims, not Jews. Orthodox Jews live in many parts of Islamic countries and they also have Synagogues as well as Churches (for Christians) in those countries. And I personally love and respect Orthodox Jews.

Is your post entirely based on your opinion? Because mine isn't... and if you need proof, let me know. I'll give you a youtube video of what a Jewish Rabbi in Israel says about Christians, Jesus, and Jews for Christ during a documentary. In fact I'll give you this video:

Most of my statement was based on true. The part that wasn't, the part about Jews and Muslims being enemies, was a grand, overarching pronouncement that wasn't entirely based on fact. Kind of like this:

.... I see it... except it's not just some bogus generalization I made.

There's Jews for Christ... who obviously do NOT hate Jesus or Christians but in fact accept Jesus as the literal Messiah like Muslims and Christians.

^ I know that. I pointed it out here. And if you knew that, then why make the statement that "Jews HATE Jesus" in he first place?
Uronacid
It's not the religions that are causing problems. It's the people within them. If people would just follow the religion they'd be able to co-exist.

If you understood the history of the Christian campaign, you'd realize what I'm talking about. Unfortunately religion more than likely makes you cringe and you'd hate to have to suffer and learn any bit of it, whether it's inside the Holy Books or outside of them _dry.gif
Maccabee
Only Christianity came from Abraham. Anything else was either twisted from what he said or made up.

Actually, learning about religion doesn't make me cringe. I'm quite interested in other religions. Despite what you think, all liberals aren't anti-religious.
