Quarantine was soooooo stupid. such a wasted of my time and money. my friends told me not to see it but i really wanted to get out of the house so i went anyway.

You are all absolutely 100% wrong. Grandmas Boy is really funny under the right mental state of mind (puff puff), Burn After Reading can't have funny parts and still be the worst movie ever, how does that make sense?
Son of the Mask
Worst piece of shit ever made. Frankie Valli should be f*cking pissed.

Mar 4 2009, 09:12 PM
the movie had some parts that were funny, but not because they had any relevance to the plot or the movie at all really. Other than those very few parts the movie was horrible and had a really crappy plot.

How old are you? In a different topic I remember you saying you liked chowder and I wanted to reply negatively but I decided not to. Now I have to say something. There was absolutely NOTHING funny about Son of the Mask, everyone involved with that shit sandwich should be ashamed of themselves.

^ 16... or 15, I think. But age doesn't shouldn't have a lot to do with taste in movies.
I've never seen Son of the Mask. I never would've known they made it unless a friend had told me (lucky me).
I've seen a lot of shitty films, but luckily they haven't been so shitty that I can't forget them. I actually almost watched Epic Movie in it's entirety when it was TV, but I had better things to do with my time.

Jeepers Creepers 2 was terrible. my friend insisted that we watch it when he came over. so being a good host, i watched it and boy did i regret it. the quality of acting was nowhere to be found. i can't believe people waste money making these movies.

You should have know that it was going to be pointless. All of the Coen brother movies are just stories, there isn't anything actually to them. Haven't you ever seen Fargo or the Big Lebowski?
With that said, I actually enjoyed Burn After Reading. I wouldn't ever suggest someone pay money to go see the movies made by the Coen brothers but they are good rentals.

what was good about that movie

It's a stoner movie that has a subgenre of comedy that's been pretty new to the Hollywood scene. I suppose it's all up to taste, but if you're into random shit when you're watching a movie, it's a great movie.
Plus, it's fun to watch high.

I hate when that happens. Sometimes on opening night the theatre is packed and I usually end up near that obnoxious person who's eating popcorn and candy while laughing... and he sounds like he's choking when he laughs... and decides he's going to yell out stuff at the screen like the actors can hear him.

lol... i have low standards for movies, lol. i like movies that are low budget movies and what not but i would probably have to say that old movies piss me off now. for example, the old texas chainsaw massacre... i understand now why they made a new one. the new one is so much better!!! the acting from EVERYONE in that movie was terrible. i know sources were limited but got dayum! lol. i couldnt stand that movie, it made me laugh because i was laughing at how pitiful it was. and i really like rob zombies remake of halloween. it let you know what was going on, the first halloween didnt do that. halloween 2 was HORRIBLE i hated it, he's doing a remake of that one and i hope he makes it better! i dont see how it can get any worse that the original.

that was a terrible movie. my friend and i grabbed it thinking it was the newer one. the lighting was utter crap. the last 10-15 minutes of the movie was that one girl running around in circles screaming. just terrible i tell you.
i don't really mind the quality of some of the older movies. like Labyrinth. i love that movie. it's one of my all time favorites.

Havoc was trash. i don't know if Anne Hathaway was doing it to get out of the sweet little princess role but she needed to pass on that role. i get that it was about a bunch of teens pretending to be something they weren't, but geez. the script was bad & the acting was bad. plot wasn't satisfying either.
