The image is low in quality. For the orb, what did you set it to? Because I think it's too intense to be an orb. The font's cute. What's this for? Is it just a random image?

If the image was sharper and the orb was set to 60-75 opacity I would say it was pretty ok. :]

Yeah lighten the orb and brighten the font too, plus it's hard to read. It looks like an URL to your site, so I would make that stand out more because you want visitors. So I would make the font bigger or you may want to change the font too. To spice it up, i would add a nice texture and more pop of color in some places of the banner.

Now I'm confuse, is this like a header for a layout or like a signature thing type banner?

its for a layout banner. & thanks everyone for your opinions ill post it again after i mkae improvements (:

The orb is too small and intense like others said. Make it larger and not as intense.
Make a new layer>use radial gradient>that color ro transparent> make it big and lower the opacity. And make the text larger.
