It wasn't written, per se. Journeys has it as a code in their system so you input a number and it's printed on the return receipt.

This just proves how offensive the "N" word is.

Isn't Journeys a store for black people more than white people? Why would that excuse, even though it probably wasn't, be in the system? Every time i've gone to Journeys its packed with black people.

My Journeys store is populated with Caucasian or Asian descents.

i've never been to journey's i don't think.

Basically, the store is filled with modern "hip" shoes, shirts, pants, backpacks, belts, belt buckles, shades, shoe laces, etc.

well, that's pretty whack. I'm glad I only window shop at Journey's ahahah that place doesn't even have kicks that I like. Most of the time, when I put in a reason for return I just put something along the lines of "customer wasn't satisfied." this kinda goes to show how far our country has advanced or lack thereof.

besides journey's shoes are way too overpriced so i don't even blame him for buying them at a different place. Also this isn't probably going to help their publicity after this.

i don't even look at stuff like that when i get my receipts back from returning items. i get my Converse from Journeys. i'll make sure to check the receipt next time. did the employee who put that in the system get fired??
