I went to it and hit cancel then went back and now I cant test.
We should have a thread for vista users on what their windows experience score is.
Even though its kinda pointless.

Is there a downloadable version of this? It's not entirely accurate when it's web based.
I'll edit after it gives me my results.

I run it on high.
My Windows experience index is 5. RAM is the limiter, although 4 gigs is enough in most situations. Everything else is 6.2.
I'm going to get another 2 gig stick soon.

no older rigs can, anything recent should be able to unless you went for the 300 dollar refurbished dell

Hm... I'm running:
32-Bit Windows XP Pro
64-Bit Windows Vista Ultimate
64-Bit Ubuntu 8.10 - Intrepid Ibex
And this is where it stops:
I even left it for 10 minutes straight on Windows XP

What is it that decides the score?
Is it mainly ram, proccessor, and hard drive?
Cause I currently have 3.2 but when I upgrade I want to have atleast 5.
Even though a silly little score isnt really what matters.

Aye... I left it for 20 minutes and nothing... so didn't bother with it. I pretty much built my machine around the original Crysis and I've played Crysis on max settings, have no problems what so ever.
If there's another site that can test to see the capabilities of my machine running Crysis, I'll be more than happy to show it off.

Probably because it's a mac and not a pc. Mac's cant recognize all that a pc can even if it is partitioned because its not a full xp that your actually putting into there just enough so that you can run it or they can but in a different way.

So I installed windows on my mac, in the partition, however, none of the hardware ie, graphics card, network card, information got copied over

Not sure why, but I still can't check. I have an Nvidia GeForce 9400M

The 9400M sucks.

I think basically, Macs are not good at running gaming to how Windows does.
The video card provided cannot sustain the graphics, and you can't put a new card in.

That and the 9400M is a piece of shit.
