I'm sorry hun but it takes a while to heal. Even if he did break up for you & you think he isnt worth still caring for its hard to not go along with still caring. My ex broke up with me the longest time ago but I still care for him in someway.. I know what its like.. Do other things to keep you occupied & not hung up on him
