I need help on what to add onto this CB layout
I don't know if I should add a background because I don't think I could make one that really matches the header (I did the layout for someone else's graphic).

I think the background's too plain. The blending in the banner could have been better too. And the editing. I'm not really feeling the textures. I dk. I also feel that the banner doesn't match the burgundy. "/

You didn't even do anything except put someone else's banner on a red background with some white borders ?

What do I critique?

Try adding a background, and if you didn't make the banner I would suggest trying to make your own. The red doesn't go with it that well, all in all it just looks unfinished.

As many people have stated, their should be a background cause it does look plain. Perhaps a pixel pattern background? Also, it would have been better if the banner was the same width as the profile. If it's too big or too small, it lacks consistency and cleanliness.
