How to manage their money. When I was in high school there were so many kids that were clueless about credit card interest, writing things off on taxes, filing taxes, and even balancing a check book.

^ true, i would also teach them how to not disobey their parents and don't fool around to mess up the their grades, cause some freshmen think now they reached high school. it's like the "real life" for some of what the teachers said. just don't hang out with the wrong people, i would tell them that.
