my boyfriend's halfway across the world doing some study program in china. and i won't see him for another month and a half and then he's going straight to college. is it a lost cause? i'm not sure if i should end things while they're still good or wait for him to find some smarter, better, nicer college girl and forget about me. rawr. this sucks.

hey hey, don't be so upset. It's not a lost cause if you reallly like him. I've had a long distance relationship and it went pretty well (for the most part)considering he was 3000 miles away. (it ended recently, but don't let that scare you. i think it was worth trying, and you might have better luck!) Anyways, college kids have a lot of time off (winter break = 1 month), so it's not like you won't see him for a long period of time.
one thing tho, it takes a lot of time and energy to make long distance relationships work (there might be times where you feel like giving up, but if you both keep trying, then it should be ok). so if you're up for the challenge, go for it. don't worry about other girls stealing him away either. if you both like each other a lot, then things should be fine. besides, you wouldn't want to regret ending things with such a great guy, would you?

wow how long have ya'll gone out? i went into my 2nd yr of college with a relationship of only 2 months and it sucked. i can't do long distance. i didn't love her, and i missed her too much. i think the more you love the guy the stronger you are and the more you'll be able to wait =)

if you both really care about each other the distance won't ruin what you two share .. have faith in the relationship .. as long as you stay faithful and wait for him i'm sure he'll do the same .. best of luck .. try to write and keep in touch with each other everyday when possible and it should be just fine :D ..

Its true...keep in a heart of gold for him...and see soon...when he comes back that he truly loves u with his heart....not to be negative or anything.....i do now live across the world now from my ex.(now) since i found out she found someone new. Even though i was coming back soon.....but hey dont worry....belive wat is in ur heart cause only a faithful heart can make wishes come true.
