how do i make my piks look like that?
What effect are you looking to achieve, exactly? 
Do what exactly?
The second one kinda looks like a darkened-HQ photograph effect. Which I use like this (all in photoshop)
1) Open the desired photograph
2) Duplicate it
3) Desaturate the top layer
4) Overlay it over the regular/normal photo
5) Adjust opacity of the desaturated layer
The first one also kinda looks like that but also maybe some light postering (or that may just be the colouring of the girl's skin). She also seems to have changed the background a little.
