i'm interested in learning to digital paint. what are some good tutorials with a step-by-step instruction?

Just throwing this out there but, I think digipainting will be 10234823498234x easier with a tablet. ;)

Uhhm, what I also find easier is to do an outline on paper, scan it, and then use that as a guide for digital painting. :D Though that's just personally easier for me.
