like the little stripes in peoples backgrounds ad stuff like that.. if i don't have psp is there a place where i can find them?

I'm not too familiar with Paint Shop, but if it's anything like Photoshop it probably has some sort of pattern maker. Use that to make a pattern, and then upload that pattern as a .gif or .jpg. Then, put that into your Xanga CLAF and turn on repeat in all directions, and that should do it.
