Hello all. :D I need help on my site colors. Just with fonts though. :( I don't wanna change the layout itself. Takes to much time

I suck with color co-ordination as you can see Here
The colors clash and argh. :( I like bright stuff. But my b/f pointed out it was to bright and clashed. Please help me (Without being nasty) :D Much appreciated. :D

The yellow for the date header is a bit harsh on the eyes. And I also keep looking at the green for the headers and the pink for the links. I'm not sure if it really goes together that well. Here is a good color chart if you want to chck that out.

As far as your layout, I like the neon colors but at the same time they're a bit too bright. But at the same time I like it. Sorry, I can be so indecisive. What I think you need to work on is the inside. Like the fonts & banners.
