I don't know if this exactly where to post this but I figured I'd put it here since it has to do with downloading. I followed the directions and waited for the .exe and .7z files to both download completely (100%) and I launched the application but nothing happened and for some reason it said I was downloading Adobe Photoshop CS4 which I already have so can anyone tell as to why this is happening or what I should do? Thanks.

You should contact Adobe Customer support. That's a pretty specific problem.
